It took our dog nearly 4 hours to be seen. She's 9 months old and this was her 2nd haircut. I have been bathing her at home, trimming her nails and shaving her paws to get her accustomed to grooming. She also has crate anxiety and does not like being kept in a kennel. On our last visit she was in and out within an hour and a half. We had an appointment on Sunday at 10am.
