The same Petco groomer has worked on my dog for 12 years until that location closed in 2025. I went to my next closest location in Porter Ranch hoping for the same quality of service. Was I ever wrong. After 2 appointments were messed up I started using kianna, the grooming manager and was happy, briefly. Had 3 fine appointments with her. 2 days ago took my dog in for a VIP bath (no cage after) is important. She greeted us friendly enough but then introduced my to a new, male groomer. Penny's groomer, Kiayanna is the best we have ever had. She did an amazing job grooming our dog Penny. We will always request Kiayanna for grooming.

It took our dog nearly 4 hours to be seen. She's 9 months old and this was her 2nd haircut. I have been bathing her at home, trimming her nails and shaving her paws to get her accustomed to grooming. She also has crate anxiety and does not like being kept in a kennel. On our last visit she was in and out within an hour and a half. We had an appointment on Sunday at 10am. Bella always does the very best for my Emily. She is always very concerned and very much listens to my concerns. I highly recommend her. She’s the best.
