Booked my mini doodle for her first grooming since bringing her home. Drove 25 mins to the Petco only to be told she had matting fur and they wouldn’t see her today. She’s a long haired doodle. I cut any matted parts out when bathing her after adoption. I can promise you it wasn’t matted, it’s long curly hair that needs conditioner. It’s like these two women never saw curly hair before. Dont let this place sucker you into a petco membership. Its a one year commitment which no one explains to you while signing up. You cannot cancel the monthly fee like they state when scamming you into this membership. The vet clinic did nothing to help my cat and now I'm stuck paying for something that is worthless. Should of absolutely known better than going to a place like this.
