Cashier was very helpful making sure I got all my points which totaled 20.00. I noticed both cashiers were very nice to everyone that came in the store.
We made 2 back to back appts for vaccines for our kittens. We waited over two hours to be seen after our scheduled appointment time. It makes zero sense to have an appointment scheduled when they check in and take people in the order they walk in not taking people at their scheduled time. When we finally got in, the vet assistant acted she'd never touched an animal before in her life.
