Care was awsome
If you are looking for a great place to have your furbaby groomed, look no further! I have a regular appointment for my Koda with Amanda. She is awesome and gives my puppy the spa treatment. She is so kind, patient, and caring with all the pups. He loves her and gets so excited when we go. He comes home with a shiny, sweet smelling coat, smooth nails, clean teeth, and ears, and fresh breath, and cute bandana, on a happy pup. Its the best!
Like any pet store it's got a lot of your basic pet supplies and needs. What stood out to me was some of the excellent customer service.
Walked in this morning, doors were open and walked in and was greeted by the girl at the front saying welcome in. Another girl rudely yells the store is not open and I said the door was opened looked at the girl in the front and said I don't know. The rude girl made sure to get out her phone and says the store does not open for another 15 minutes. Ok and your doors were my fault and I did something wrong. Thank you.
I went here last night for Ollie food for my dog. Carlia was a very nice chasier we had a great conversation. I will definitely recommend going here. This is the best pet store in Maricopa AZ.
