I will never go here again. My family has recently moved here, we have a bullmastiff and a shorkie puppy. I was interested in puppy shots for shorkie and grooming for both. (Along with obvious regular pet needs) I went in today to check things out, whole place is a mess and unorganized. The groomer Amanda Byrd cut my puppy’s tail and it’s bleeding and got razor cuts on the belly and thigh and didn’t even tell me about it! that is animal abuse she did! She must have tried to cover it up but when my puppy licked it it bled again that’s how we noticed how bad it was! I wish there’s a way that I can post the pictures! NEVER AGAIN TO PETCO!!
The lady in the front checking us out was so rude. The gentleman infront of me and my husband told us to go ahead infront if him as we go up to the register i say hello!
