I’m a good customer. Made an appointment to see a vet at this location and they did NOT honor my appointment. They said they called me and texted me to confirm. NEVER did I get a call or text. I made time out of my busy week to come for my poor dog that is sick. And they gave my appointment to someone else. And now they can’t help me dog until another 3 or so days WHILE MY POOR DOG IS SICK AND NOW HAS TO WAIT. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
