if i could give 0 stars, i would. no business that sells live animals should allow a tiny baby axolotl, or ANY animal, to die because of negligent husbandry. this poor axolotl was far too small to be housed in a large, deep display tank. baby axolotls are extremely delicate and require species appropriate care, including shallow, cool, clean water, low flow, and close monitoring. at this age, they can easily become exhausted trying to navigate a large enclosure. they can have difficulty locating food, and are far more suscep... read more
