Absolutely love this place. The employees are so nice and friendly.
This Petco location and store far exceeds any of the other stores in the area. I ordered something online a few weeks ago. Must have been a third party thing. I had my transaction ID and receipt through PayPal but nothing else. I had to return this item because it wasn't being used. They went above and beyond giving me a refund. The two associates were so kind and took their time and helped me. I just don't experience customer service like I did yesterday anywhere anymore. The manager and sales associate were commendable.
