If I could give zero stars, I would. We have had two Vetco appointments set up. Both at the clinic and total care. Neither was able to take us after. I called Friday to confirm they will have my records and that my dog is fine to go. I arrive to the clinic Sunday and they cannot take my dog due to a previous allergy when on Friday nothing was mentioned. I schedule another appointment with the clinic at 8 am. $300 OF RARE IMPORTED FISH ARE DEAD BECAUSE A LYING EMPLOYEE. THANKS YOU BITCHES. We had to have brakish water (slightly salty) for the Gobi dragon that we bought here and we asked the guy who was helping us, if it would affect our other fish. He said "no" they will be perfectly fine. Well he lied. I think dead fish aren't perfectly fine. My bala shark and my catfish are both dead. The salt killed them. Thanks petco. I am requesting Tag for Rabies vaccine since 06/29/14 and have not received it. I have emailed and called them four times and they informed me that they had sent it. Very unprofessional.
I placed an order on 2/24/12 and have NOT received it yet! I have emailed "Luv My Pet" several times and they informed me that they had shipped my order... where is it? I asked for a refund... "WHERE IS IT"? I will pay extra for a product from somewhere else if it means getting what I ordered! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
I went for the low cost vaccinations at PetCo one Saturday. It was a long wait, but well worth it. The staff and technicians were very friendly and nice. The prices were very reasonable as well. I order heartworm prevention through them that day, but when I still had not received it in the mail a few weeks later, I contacted Luv My Pet. The receptionist was very willing to help me and very polite. The customer service was wonderful.
