The Petco Gromming cut the side of my dogs face and on his mouth when we took him into be groomed, I noticed it they did not tell me. When I went in to bring it to their attention the manager looked at it for two seconds and replied “it’s not that bad “ uncaring as one of his employees were at fault
RecommendedI have been bringing my Pomeranian to Petco Sherman for grooms every few months for about a year now, and we have always have a great experience. The ladies in the grooming area are always very sweet and you can tell they genuinely care for the animals. The staff are always extremely helpful and the store is clean.
Was just in the store to get cat food. Stopped to look at the ferrets and the door was open. We pet them, then some girl came running up saying not to open the door—-why is it unlocked?—-we closed the door, my husband went to speak to the manager and the girl LIED and said I had picked up two ferrets, not sure how this was possible since I was taking a photo, unless I have 3 hands. The manager was unconcerned And didn’t care when my husband said something. Maybe this store needs to hire grown ups instead of kids.

I came in to purchase some supplies for our dragons and noticed a few of the babies in their tank were on the verge of death if not already dead so I informed the staff. I mentioned to her that the crickets in the cage were to large for them to eat and she yelled at me that there was one small cricket in there so they obviously could eat. I was completely floored by how heartless and just plain mean she was. I will not be retiring to this store. They neglect their animals and their staff is uneducated and rude.
Never get your dog groomed here because if they make a mistake they blame it on you, the customer.
