Location is prime. Variety options for the cat food brand I like is not consistent. It's hit or miss. Customer service needs improvement, or at best a separate line for their plan "pitch". Countless times I have to wait for them to make that pitch to customers and they don't have but one register open. I’m the one that called and said that PetSmart knows how to treat customers with real customer service! I walked into the store to give them yet another opportunity only to be treated with the utmost respect by an employee who accosted me for walking in two minutes before they officially opened. She gave me the third degree and practically threw me out, but begrudgingly said it was OK for me to shop as long as I didn’t run back to the register before 9 AM. Horrible dog hair cut experience
UPDATE: PetCo no longer price matches with competition. They price match to their website only!! Petco price matches to Walmart, Chewy, PetSmart, and Amazon (as long as it is shipped and sold by Amazon)! If you are looking for quality products and also wanting to save a buck or two, be sure to plan ahead :)
