Marysol groomed my dog and didn't give any type of negative feedback about him or how he behaved but put a flag on him in their system and now I'm unable to book any appointments for him or my other pets. It would have been nice to know if he acted poorly so I could address it but flagging him without saying anything is unprofessional. Very friendly and take good care of our dogs!
James and staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to bringing my daughter's Goldendoodle to the really nice knowledgeable groomers!
