Their lack of fish care/maintenance is disgusting. It’s clear employees here don’t have a great understanding of fish. The girl dumped water from a different tank into a bag with shrimp I was purchasing which is a huge no-no. They both died within the first few hours.
I love going to the PetCo in Highland Village. They are all so friendly and professional and full of answers!
