Terrible experience, never been so offended by a store associate. Iâve never been as offended in a store as I was by a worker at Petco in Altamonte Springs, FL today. I was headed to the check-out as a Petco female worker named Dusty stopped me to ask what type of dog food I use. She acted horrified and even made a gagging hand signal by sticking her finger in her mouth and making a gagging noise when I told her I feed my dogs Iams. Had a hard time finding an employee that wasn't engaged with a customer but that is understandable. Prices were a little higher than I expected. I wish it was easier to price match here since they had to call the other store for confirmation even though I have been able to price match from a receipt at other Petcos. (Not in this area though)
