Very rude and unhelpful staff maybe they require more customer service training.
By far the worst customer service ever! I really hope corporate reads this and resolves this issue I understand some I won’t say all but some workers just DANIELLE don’t enjoy working there since I walked in the store 1 hour prior to closing and was denied service absolutely ridiculous I was told they can not assist prior to closing what kind of excuse is that after asking if that’s store policies I was told no it’s managers policy so now I guess employees make their own rules never will I ever purchase or use their service ... read more
