Just took my two small babies (Lhasa-tease & Toy Poodle) in for a grooming at PetCo Grass Valley today. Had the privilege of Holly being the groomer for both. I had read a lot of really positive reviews on Google about her so I was super happy that she was going to be their groomer. I have to say…EVERYTHING I read was MORE than accurate. Went in there to get flea stuff for my animals fist lady told me she couldn't help me the lady at the front counter could answer all my questions and guide me in right direction. Go to the front counter try to ask questions about the diffrent stuff and say lady back there sent me up here. She said and I quote" don't know why she would do that i dnt even have animals. Lacey the trainer is amazing! We took our dog to another location for training and had a terrible experience. Lacey goes above and beyond and is an excellent teacher. All the staff we've interacted with have been friendly and helpful as well.
