RecommendedGreat service and really clean facility
This is a store that runs in complete chaos. The manager, Judy Drake is incompetent. The cat that recently died while being groomed should not have died if the manager had provided the grooming staff with proper training and equipment. Animal care in this store is deplorable mostly because Ms. Drake knows little about animal care and she is more concerned about kissing ass of upper management, than allowing the animal care staff to do their jobs.
