I was supposed to get my dogs vaccinations at Petco yesterday they said that their vaccinations were from 3 to 5 PM we got there at 2:30 and stood in line for about half an hour before they told us that the vaccination clinic was canceled so how do I known that I could’ve gone to another Petco or Petsmart they gave us a 20% coupon on vaccines but the next vaccine clinic will be for another two weeks very disappointed
If I were only reviewing staff it would be a 5 but because there are SO MANY small petcos that don't carry all I need (have to go to multiple) it's 4 for lack of variety and stock in what I need. But this place HAS THE BEST STAFF of ANY local store pet or other I have been to EVER! Very helpful and apologetic to my unsuccessful shopping endeavor.
This petco is one of the cleanest I've been to. Most have a lingering smell of pet food or bedding, but this one just smells clean.
