Terrible service! Only 2 people working. I went up to the cashier for someone to help me with fish. When the girl came she refused to acknowledge me or that I was the person who called for help. Walked out with nothing. Thanks for the help!

I have been taking my puppies there for years and Alexandra has been taking care of my puppies for the last few years and she does a great job.... I trust her explicitly, she has great instincts and I can't say enough about the good work she does!!
You get what you pay for. I thought I would save some money and get my pet vaccinated at their clinic. I called before I went just to be sure they were doing it this Saturday. It was 3:10. I was told they do the vaccinations until 3:30, great I put my dog in the car and get to Petco at 3:20 only to be told they end at 3:00. My dog hates car rides, is a nervous wreck, she urinated on the seat and these people don't even know when they are doing what. I take our cat there for grooming. Lupe grooms our cat. Very great store and would recommend their services to all.
