Great customer service.
I saw there was a 40% deal for a new dog harness with a trade-in of an old one. Decided to stop in at the lemon grove location to check them out. Wasn't a fan of the limited selection. Ended up not buying a new harness. Then I thought about getting a new dog bed. Again, selection was woefully limited and overpriced. Ended up getting a new brush and a large pillow. Giving 3 stars because the guy at the checkout was very polite and engaging.
The older white woman who works here is extremelyyyyyyyyy rude. I had a really bad experience with her. She has no customer service skills.
Sad to see that there are live animals sold here. I will not be coming back. Animals are not commodities to be bought/sold, and there are so many animals that need adopted/rescued!
The old out of order sign on their bathroom door, yet I saw an employee going in to use it. Took my dog to the vet next door, and they apparently didn't notice that its supposedly out of order as she told me to use that bathroom. I just dropped over $100 at the vet. It would have been nice to have been able to go number 1. Maybe if I had shown the cashier my receipt, he might have let me in.
