It was a good experience
Really good customer service. They had exactly what I needed for my pets.
They have like two maybe three workers. If someone wanted to shoplift they could. Where are the workers? Where is the passion? It isn't there. The staff literally are there for a paycheck only. I would love to manage this store and make some changes.
We have taken our dog to Petco in Lemon Grove for grooming for thirteen years. He is a very calm, quiet, and trained dog. His most recent appointment on June 24, 2025 was a disaster. When my husband dropped him off, he was told it could take a few hours. Sounded a bit long. After nearly two hours, someone from Petco called to explain that during his grooming they "nicked" his ear. Our dog was fine and a veterinarian had provided an ointment to put on the "nick".
