Good selection however reptiles are not being properly cared for. Low humidity, wrong type of substrate, not enough hides. I let the teenager working know but I don’t think she’s going to do anything about it. Proper animal husbandry can be learned online and there should be no excuse for a large pet retailer. Do better please. EDIT: Gave this place another shot 8 months later and a ball python was living in awful conditions. Humidity at 30% and aspen substrate which is not suitable for ball pythons! So tonight my husband and I decided to make a stop at the pet store to get our new puppy a few things. I walked in with a lounge fly furby backpack on and my new puppy was cuddled up in his stroller. My husband had on a black nike backpack (which he literally carries EVERYWHERE and another little bag from a nearby liquor store that we stopped at prior. One of the cashiers returned the wrong item, even though a receipt was presented. We didn’t realize until we got home, so we called the store to see if they could fix over the phone (since they processed it with just our phone number anyway and could have done this remotely to fix their mistake), but they refused and said we needed to come back to the store.
