Pésimo atención al cliente. Hoy domingo 19 del 2026 .7:21om asistimos a la tienda a compra alimento para nuestras mascotas . Desde que llegamos el señor Gael fue poco servicial. Le preguntamos por el producto Blue Buffalo . chicken and brown rice . Y prácticamente nos dijo. Que si no lo encontrábamos . En Walmart lo encontraríamos. Finalmente encontramos el producto. While the floor staff was accommodating the cashier was NOT. My dog keepers is a new rescue so I took him to choose whatever he wants , he made the choice of a non hide bone and was walking around with it. When we made it to the cashier she said she needed the paper .. when he picked it there was no paper on it.. in a rude tone she goes “ I guess I will have to go find what it is” is said I could tell you what it is” she than rolled her eyes and said no, she needs the actual paper.
