@Petco — Today my husband and I had a truly disappointing experience at your Livermore, CA store. We went to purchase a koi fish, as we were advised to do by your San Ramon location (where we previously purchased one without issue). After selecting a fish, we were told by a Livermore associate that because our tank is 30 gallons, they would not sell it to us, claiming koi require 60 gallons.
