Honestly I’m not happy that I can never use the coupons emailed to me due to restrictions. On line only, can’t use yet, expired yesterday, doesn’t apply to …etc. I will not longer shop here
I had a terrible experience at VetCo Livermore and will never return. I brought 3 kittens for vaccines in one large carrier (as the confirmation email only stated “cats must be in carriers,” with no mention of requiring separate ones). Upon arrival, the staff immediately refused service, citing an internal rule that was never communicated during scheduling or in writing.
