Prices and professionalism beat all of their competitors. I've gone across the street just to verify. Their selections and sales are greater too. My family shops Petco for all of our pet needs.

I walked in looking for help for my dog and lady Jennifer would not get up off her chair and help me, I asked for a product for my animal and she refused to help me and tell me they do not carry that product. I buy this here all the time and had to go search around by myself to find it when it could been her knowledge of showing me. All she could do is sit in her chair and show no support in customer service. What a horrible experience.

The staff members whom were working when i purchased my snakes were complaining about having to handle the snakes and one of them dropped my snake when trying to put it in the travel box

The employees are very helpful and informative. They are willing to provide honest and practical advice without pushing a product or sale on someone who might best be served by simply getting the proper advice or information. Some of the prices are slightly high so the times when you are spared unnecessary costs makes up for the times when you want or need to make a purchase for our extended furry, feathered, scaley or slick skinned family members.
