Grooming section is the worst. I booked an appointment for my Pomeranian to get a bath and hair cut. The older lady there said it couldn’t be done but they could only give him a bath…. And cut his nails. He had his shots and she mad a face and comment when I told her where my dog got his vaccinations. Now this was about a year ago. I decided to give them a second chance, today I came in to get his nails trimmed (walk in only, says online) that older lady is still there and said I had to make an appointment for the nail trimm... read more
