Awful experience. We had a difficult time getting our kitty in the car and were 3 minutes late for our appointment. When we arrived they said the vet Had left because we missed their call 15 minutes earlier. We arrived during our scheduled appointment time and the vet wasn’t here. Our kitty experienced the trauma of a car ride for the vet to leave early for her lunch break. Awful awful experience.
