Northwest Freeway I went to this Petco to buy fish for our first aquarium. Two sales associates were talking to each other and after waiting for 10 minutes I walked over to them. They asked if needed help I told them yes. They said okay and went right back to their personal conversation. That is the second time the customer service has been of poor quality. I will never go to another Petco again.

Unhealthy Environment I went to this Petco location today on my lunch hour and I was appalled. The animals were in filthy cages, old food was in several cages. The cat houses had not been cleaned and there were several tanks with dead and/or dying fish. I would not purchase anything from this location. I spoke to the manager and was told that someone comes in to clean 3 times a week. I found this hard to believe. I also noticed several employees just standing around with all this cleaning that needed to be done. After being ... read more
What A Turn Around ***** I have had a hard time finding a groomer that knew what a bouvier was, and this store did. they took there time and gave her the breed cut that i asked for. the grooming staff is all new and they are so awesome and so very helpful. I also have a very shy border collie mix, and they have taken there time to make sure that she is taken care of and very relaxed. the salon manager and her groomer as well are very knowledgeable about grooming and the store or anything that i might need.
