After finding what I needed I walked over to the empty register and put my things on the counter. I looked around until I finally saw Sharon. She was helping another woman which is totally fine, I'm a patient person. Once she was done her and the lady walked up, didn't even acknowledge me and Sharon proceeded to check that woman out while completely ignoring me and my things. There was no, "give me one moment while I help her" , "so sorry about that" nothing. She just acted like I hadnt been standing there. Very rude. Probab... read more

Our dog Lexi enjoyed the experience with her trainer, Justin. He did a great job, & had her sitting for her treats in one session. She is only 10 weeks old. Justin was very patient, & cheerful. After class we did some shopping, he put on her harness for me. So pleasant & helpful. Thank you, Justin, Petco has a great trainer! Ann Lewis.
