So friendly and helpful!!
There is no empathy for staff...they do not help to look for articles that are not where they are...they just pass on the phone...and walking through the hallway they say that they are not paid to help the client get an item they can't find 09/08/2026 7:00
Lost cause, no help, the manager was at the register with an employee, rolled his eyes when I asked if they can get someone to help with some fish. After waiting at the tanks for 10 minutes, we walk to the front to leave, he was still chatting with a customer from before so we left. No reason to come to this store anymore, plus the turtle tank smelled really bad.
