Outside of the store being well upkept. I wanted to leave a review and send a big thank you to Destiny for taking the time to explain everything I needed to know in order to take great care of my reptile at home. It meant a lot to me and just wanted to express how grateful I am for her assistance!!
I had reward points but because it wasn’t loaded I wasn’t able to use the points. It’s a stupid system, if the store has access to the points why does it then require to be loaded. Sounds like your rewards system is bullying in hopes that customers forget to upload and not available to use the reward. Why offer something you won’t give the customer?
