Kind of surprised customer service has gone downhill so fast in the last few years. Stopped going for a while, and then tried a visit again this weekend. Even more disappointed.. not going back. Only gave two stars because the animals looked Ok and the store was organized.
This is my favorite Petco. Even though there are others closer to me, I always drive to this particular store on 15th St. It has a great vibe, and the staff is super nice and helpful. I enjoy spending time in the store, plus they have a great bargain/sales section too. Shout out to Amanda for pointing it out to me
I am able to find all that I need. Misty, the groomer is super. The fish are better, more healthy than at other places.
Today, August 16, 2025. I took my puppy to an appointment for vaccines. The vet's assistants are very good and friendly but the vet leaves a lot to say. In a very bad mood annoyed because my puppy who is still a 3-month-old baby moved a lot. His face said it all
