I like the fish area and the people working it. But the other people in the store are so uninvolved and uninterested it’s hilarious. I just tried to call to ask about a fish shipment and all I got was “huh” “I don’t know when we get deliveries that’s a warehouse thing”
My wife had a negative experience. During checkout, an item she paid for was not included in her order. She noticed the missing item when she got home. The next day, she returned to the store to explain the issue. The staff contacted a manager, but my wife waited over 15 minutes, and the manager never appeared to resolve the matter.
