Employees are always nice and helpful. It would be nice if there were better treats and toys for my Bulldog, and my kitty.
Another failed grooming attempt!!! First time customer… I have a poodle. I booked a Full grooming and bath. I was charged an extra $10 for her haircut. I was also told it would only take about three hours. I dropped her off before 10 AM. She was not ready until 4 PM. When I picked her up, her hair was the exact same length. Only difference is she was soft and fluffy, and her paws were shaved. So I am not sure why I spent $91. I don’t believe we will be returning.
