Horrible customer service , cashier walked off without acknowledging me standing right in front of him. Then we had to go walk and find another cashier after 3 minutes. Cashier we found was polite.
My experience here has always been good but yesterday night my husband and I went looking for a dewormer for our cats and it wasn’t a good experience. The cashier was so rude and unprofessional. I showed him a picture of the dewormer I was looking for from the petco app. and he had told me they keep them upfront. The young man that assisted me was polite patient..he knew a great deal about what I needed to purchase..in order to care for my new pet. He also explained to me about the award system that you guys have have to offer.. great service..
