Went in for a new pet door the last one last atleast 10 yrs multiple dogs and I was able to find the same one once again. I mounted in my screened patio door so I constructed a wooden frame to mount it and didn't want to have to reframe for new different dog door. clean and well organized.

I would have given 5 but the cashier Amanda did not add my rewards to my receipt. I gave her my number twice and by her look it seemed she couldn't find it due to typing it in wrong but being afraid to ask for the number again. Instead now I have to go and try and get it attached my to receipt. She even said okay there ya go after typing it in for the second time. I usually don't write reviews but it's the laziness and the lack of caring that bothered me enough to write this.
Alex attempted to help me buy a harness for my dog. I never bought one before. She was amazing. Then rude guy coworker came over and told here there were a bunch of people upfront. Well rude guy if you saw a bunch of people up front couldn't you help them? You work there. Am I not a person? I could not believe that he came to tell her there were people when two minutes later as I went to pay for the harness there was no one. Alex was great.
