Horrible experience, horrible and unprofessional staff that knows literally nothing about dogs, and when complained to the store manager he ended up putting us on hold and then disconnected the call.
They didn’t really know anything. They have cats there for adoption, but it’s through another company and you have to call and make appointments which is a real inconvenience. Not a lot of hamsters or gerbils for sale ...
Everyone there makes you feel at home. They are all wonderful but Karina is special. She is very loving with my dog and always remembers him. Priscilla is also very nice.

Freakin' awesome customer service - every time we go there!
This is a great Petco location. I go there to get my dogs groomed by Cruz at the grooming salon. He is patient and caring with each and every dog like it's his own and they end up with a beautiful professional cut. If you haven't tried them yet you will not be disappointed.
Just returned from LHP new PetCo! I will NEVER use any other pet store again! Devon helped me with my purchase, he has a vast knowledge of reptiles, & was EXTREMELY helpful! I give this store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
