Nancy the store clerk was fantastic - she helped me find a treatment for my cat's sneezing. I took off a star because your app is wonky and won't let me load my rewards. However, Nancy was able to get them loaded by calling your customer support. Fix the app!
Staff is friendly and always willing to help
First visit. Vetco team was awesome. The girl with all the face tats at front register, is the reason for only 2 stars. Horrible, rude dismissive. I literally do not want to back.
