I’m still in shock at the treatment I received at this location. I’m not sure if the groomer was having a bad day, generally an unkind person, or racist. Upon checking in, the groomer was very rude, cold, and unwelcoming. I was told I would receive a call when it was time to pick up my pup and that it would take 2-3 hours. I never received a call. Petco is very helpful with the love & compassion if their animals. They take time to do the research of even their fish. I love the staffing's positive support for each individual pets needs.
I am so happy that I shop at Petco. I went there to buy things for my guinea pigs and I found a 55 gallon fish tank on sale. I bought it and I love it thank you Petco. I will always continue shopping and staff was great.
