Your employees are friendly but the conditions the birds are in are absolutely abysmal. They have no enrichment, low-nutrient food, inadequate perches, no heat, no toys, they're imprisoned in solitary confinement with loud and disrespectful children banging on the windows as a form of torture. This is the opposite of animal welfare; this is animal abuse. Please stop the inhumane sale of birds. Adopt these birds out and please, cease to exploit animals for profit.
