The cashier was pleasant. Unfortunately the dog toy i purchased for tough chewers was destroyed in minutes
I give it 4 stars . The workers are great and very helpful but I didnt see what I was looking for
I had to return several large items that I purchased online and they were very respectful as about it.
We will not go there again. We felt like an inconvenience the entire time we were there. We went in to buy a hamster and it felt like the lady was rudely drilling us, not helping us. We felt like if we didn't give her the exact answer she wanted to hear that she wouldn't sell us the animal. It was the least helpful trip to a pet store we have ever experienced.
