I placed an order and the website said it was in stock. You swiped my credit card, and there is now a hold on my $$ for 4 days. If the item was not in stock you had no valid reason to swipe my credit card. This sucks. Why would you represent you had the item, swipe my card, and then tell me it is not available while holding my funds for 4 days??? i will never do business this way again.
All of your employees are very kind and helpful (esp the guy at the grooming salon) BUT today I went to exchange something online that I bought for 11.99. It rang up for 19.99 and then I tried to get another size (same item, diff size) and they wanted 24.99. I explained I was getting the EXACT same thing and just wanted to exchange it and they told me I had to pay 24.99 or i could get it online for 11.99.
