I am tired of going to Petco and waiting to be helped by any employee. I have gone there multiple times to buy fish and it is always the same thing. They have one employee working around the fish area to help multiple people. I was at the Altoona, PA store trying to buy fish and after 40 minutes of waiting it was one worker with one couple and multiple people around waiting for her to help them and myself and only 10 minutes before the store closed. I was literally chased around and yelled at by Bethany for not having a mask on. I put one on because she was screaming and making such a scene, then she ran up to the register and said I “was not allowed to check out because I wasn’t listening.” And that I “needed to leave.” I left and came back, this time wearing a mask so that I could get my dog his toy. 3 other people were complaining that they had been harassed by Bethany as well. My wife came into the falcon lane Petco to get our dogs nails trimmed. The groomers attitude lost our business and will not be coming back. No reason to be acting that way. Short blonde hair that needs named Karen.

Absolutely fantastic job grooming my Saint Bernard, Bailey. She needed a full service spa day and that's what she got. Amy and the girls worked their magic and have my girl looking and smelling great!

I went and got crickets and superworms. Only 5 crickets out of the whole container were alive and only 6 supers. They also did not have any large in either crickets or superworms so what should of lasted me 2 weeks only lastef me 2 days. Im highly disappointed. Half the crickets that were in the boxes at the store were dead and i found the best box abd still got only like 5 crickets.
false advertisement. went to get a albino corn snake 2 weeks ago and petsmart said they never carried them at my locations when they clearly have them listed online where you could pick them up in stores
Grooming is terrible on small dogs! Charged almost $100 for grooming 2 small dogs that look the same as when we took them. Never again!
