I don’t usually do Facebook reviews but Petco could not be ignored. More importantly Phil who works there. He has been the greatest help since we’ve started our salt water aquarium a little over a week ago. He answered all of our questions and even assisted us in picking things out. We will be sure to continue coming back so long as Phil is there to assist us. Seriously couldn’t have asked for better help!

Shout out to Phil at Petco who saved my Betta fish today!! I got off brand natural spring water which is apparently WAY different in pH and my fish almost died! 45 minute round trip and a quick science experience to test my waters pH to brand name showed a HUGE difference! Moral of the story is Phil rocks and Bettas are name brand kind of fish 😂🐟
It’s really weird that they have a dog trainer that clearly does not like dogs. I won’t shop there anymore because of how me, and my pups have been treated by Sandy the dog trainer there.
These idiots lost a customers dog while there for grooming & have no concern for lost dog or compassion.
a friend of mine took her pup there today to be groomed, her pup is Mia, Petco is claiming that Simba let himself out!!! The guy that called said he "jostled" the cage open, jumped over the swinging door, and pushed open the door himself!!!!, They haven't as much as called her since it, they said it wasn't their problem.
