Fun place to take the kids, pets or no pets! We don't have any pets (DH is allergic), but we took the kiddos to Petco today just to look around. They loved seeing the fish, hamsters and birds. The store didn't have any dogs or cats today though, I think they only have them on certain days when they bring them in for adoption from the humane society. So that was a little disappointing. Petco in Boca Raton, much fun! New building, used to be Kids R Us on 441. Pet Supermarket is across the street and I thought would make quite a competitive place, but this place is great! They have really $$$ things, to lower priced items, and the selection is wonderful! My cats would be in heaven here and we purchase cat food and treats there which are always priced decently and always available. The kids love to see the caged animals also..ferrets, mice, bunnies, so cute! Great place, good prices, lots of fun! :)
Where the Pets Go A big new shiny Petco opened in Cookeville last year. Of course we had to go and check it out. I thought the prices were average, they were not any cheaper than Cookeville's locally owned pet store (Exotic Tropicals) The selection of pets wasn't really any better either. They had a few more birds, reptiles and rodents than the local pet store, but the fish selection was not as good. The employees weren't as helpful. PETCO Petco is so much better than the chain stores we have had down here. its great they finally settled all over miami. their best buy is the grooming because the rates and times are great. also a good option is to bring in your dog fore a self wash - for under $10 you get to use their tools and tips for giveing your pooch a relaxing soak. great for hot days! and also the fish selection is very healthy and they are patient with customer service
Great selection for all pet must haves Not only does this pet store offer a large variety of food, toys, pet care items, etc, but they also have a great grooming department. I have a very difficult chihuahua and they handled him with care and even said he was a good puppy during the grooming. They are up for anything and help with anything they can. The pet store carries premium brands as well as cost effective brands.
Our Favorite Family Theatre Collins Theatres are a great place to take the whole family. The ticket prices and food prices are the lowest in town, and they have REAL butter for the popcorn, that you put on yourself! The kids' trays are a wonderful idea - popcorn, kids drink and M&M's for $4. WOW, it doesn't get easier than that! On school breaks they show 10 am movies for the kids at a discount. DONT BUY YOUR REPTILES HERE! I checked out the new petco and was outraged in the lack of care they gave their reptiles. As you go into their store everything was neat and clean. I really liked the set up they had for the rodents. The rodent and cat cages were very clean. That is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. But when I got to the back of the store, where the reptiles and amphibians were. I was disgusted! I know how dirty these guys can be but this had to be a few days worth of filth. Petco This is my favorite of all the pet store. The employees are all so nice and friendly The selection is large. You can find anything your pet needs. They are organized very well to help you find your needs. The location is easy to get to and the parking is good. I will continue to shop here.
This store fits every pet need. Petco in Fayetteville fills just about every pet need. They have pet food that you cannot find in the grocery store. They also have aisles and aisles of toys for pets. The staff is always friendly and they are eager to help. The store is big and well lit and everything is very organized. The store is very good about running sales every week. I find that the prices are reasonable. I can even find all of my grooming supplies.
