Love the store and the staff!
CHECK EXPIRATION DATES! Who knows how long or often we've been feeding our pets expired foods!! I've been shopping this location for years and recently noticed an expiration date on a cat food from 2024! It was a whole case of individual sale wet food, so I brought it to the front and let the employee know. Did a pick up order a month later for a different brand of food, expired in 2024 again. Purchased $370+ in a tank set up and the filter (Petco's brand) stopped working within a day. Took it back for a refund and was informed that their return policy is that it must be in original packaging. I asked for them to show me that policy on their receipt and Tiffany (store manager) told me it isn't on the receipt but that's their policy.
