I would not recommend this grooming service based on my recent experience. I paid $70 for my Pitbull to receive a bath, brushing, and a 15-minute blow dry. However, when we picked him up, he was still visibly wet and shedding excessively. When we inquired about this, we were initially told that this was “normal.” After explaining that it typically takes only a few minutes to fully dry him at home using a standard hair dryer, the staff acknowledged that he had not been blow dried at all and had only been towel dried. Always feel welcome. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is always hopeful. Store is clean and stocked.
I have turtles older than the girl who refused to sell me the fish i wanted. She motioned to the feeder fish that are bad for my turtles. I guess in her 18 years she knows better than the person who has owned turtles longer than she's been alive.
