I really like Petco. What I don't like is all of these stores now asking for donates. I don't need to be asked every time I shop. Walmart, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Best Buy and etc. I will donate to my charities I want to when I want to. Please allow an opt out.
Stuff there is affordable and the staff are friendly.
No information when booking for a vet appointment or a hair appt that they aren’t allowed calming meds, yet the store sells name brand (pet co brand) calming meds that are labeled “for vets, appointments, fireworks” etc. so just a heads up After we wasted an hour driving and possibly losing ability to get to a vet in time for our trip.
BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and waiting on the groomers to come and help me at the desk. When they finally came out they told me I was past the 15 min grace period. I looked at my clock and watched it turn 1:15. They purposely didn’t come out because I was close to their grace period and they wanted to turn me down.
