Employee was extremely helpful. She also took me straight t the item in the store. Petco is very lucky to have this employee for sure.
I love the people who work at the checkout desk so we thought we would have our dog groomed there for our wedding coming up. We arrived five minutes late and the people working in the grooming section were sitting in the back and made us wait another ten minutes at the front desk. Once they came out they informed us we were past the fifteen minute late policy. It was absolutely ridiculous. They then told us we would have to wait another four hours to get our dog groomed. We don't have a Petco close to home, but were in the neighborhood for lunch so stopped in looking for some things for our turtle/tank. Kim helped us out and she is easily the most turtle knowledgeable employee I've run into at a retail pet store. She helped us get exactly what we were looking for and even went through proper turtle care to make sure we weren't missing anything. Appreciate the enthusiasm and assistance.
