A week ago, I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed on Saturday. 6 minutes before my arrival time i was sent a msg that the appointment had been cancelled, so i dropped in the store and politely asked Kaitlyn to reschedule (who was supposed to be gone due to a family emergency) according to the voicemail.
