Where do I begin? I had a 3:30 appointment for my Alaskan Malamute and arrived ON TIME. I was immediately met with excuses as to why my dog couldn't be groomed. The first was because I booked my dog under the wrong name. I changed my dog's name from Alice (which was given to her at the shelter) to Sascha. I wa told we had to rename her and reschedule.
