Clean store. Animals areas were clean for them. Very well stocked. Awesome customer service. we were asked twice if we found everything we were looking for or needed help. My husband was assisted quickly while I was occupied with the cats up for adoption! Haha overall in and out in 20mins or less. I Will continue to drive 1 county over and slam across Greenville to shop at Petco.

The people here are friendly. I found the bird toy I wanted. I'm not sure these people are very knowledgeable about birds. There were a lot of parakeets in the one enclosure. I hope that the places the birds come from are checked out. Too many people treat these sweet babies like they are disposable since they get a ton and they're normally inexpensive. Relating to aquatic items. Prices are a little higher than some other places but the variety of products is outstanding. The quality of products is the same but the staff 99% of them are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will take the time to answer any and all questions posed to them. Live fish policy is very generous with a 30 day replacement if your fish die.
