I had such a great experience with Teresa at Petco! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Teresa took the time to answer all of my questions, gave me helpful recommendations, and genuinely cared about my pet’s well-being. It’s rare to find someone so patient and dedicated to customer service. Because of her, my visit was quick, easy, and stress-free. Petco is lucky to have her—thank you, Teresa! The Petco in Greenville, NC is a great store! I shopped there yesterday for an aquarium, lid, and supplies to embark on an aquarium project. The store was clean, bright and so well organized.
