Subpar training and manager was unconcerned about customer service like it was a bother.
Customer service is severely lacking and it appears the management doesn't care either. Go across the street to Petsmart where they at least seem to not hate their jobs and aren't rude to customers.
Always friendly and helpful staff. Great selection.
