I had an extremely disappointing experience at Petco I initially booked an appointment for my dog’s cytology, which I noted in my appointment description. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, offering vaccines and brushing off my concerns about my dog’s lump. Took 2-1/2 tours to get a bath done at this location when I booked specialized care. Will be going to the other from now on. The ladies at the front desk were just sitting socializing, so how is it you were behind when you had tons of time to talk??? Had me waiting 15 minutes when I went to pick him up, the whole time talking. Very unprofessional and not worth the money in my opinion.
