Fair warning: this is an incredibly difficult story to tell. Animal lovers, especially Goldendoodle owners, beware. Today, my son Sparkle, a Chocolate Tuxedo Goldendoodle, had the worst experience with Petco grooming Ann Arbor. He had an appointment scheduled 12 weeks in advance. From what I heard of an experience from a wonderful,kindhearted and an animal lover of a friend, I will never support this store again. She was refused..YES, refused a sale to purchase goldfish from a mgr/salesperson! She received better service at the Meijer pet section she went to!! lol! Shame on PETCO for this experience that has left her confused and hurt!!
The WORST EXPERIENCE in customer service EVER!! I took my dog to Petco for grooming as I’ve done regularly for more than a year. I had scheduled a month out because they were booked so called weekly to see if I could get my dog in sooner. I ended up having to wait until my scheduled appointment.
