A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT USE THIS GROOMING SALON!!!! THEY INJURED/SLICED BOTH OF MY DOG'S EARS!! They completely shaved my bernedoodle after I specifically instructed them to leave her legs, tail and face longer and they cut BOTH of her ears and did not tell me! The phone number is wrong. There was an older store near fourteen mile the new one is thirteen mile...this is all inaccurate...
First, when I called for an appointment for the weekend, I was told that there weren’t any but they had one at 2 that day. When I said I couldn’t make that one then 2 magically appeared on Sunday. When I got there, the manager tried to charge me an additional 20 dollars because she needed some “extra brushing”. I’ve had the dog for 13 years and no groomer has ever tried to charge me extra to brush her. So I refused. Horrible!! The groomer is not warm and fuzzy with your pet. She did not greet my puppy or me properly. I was told because I was 15 minuets late that it would take up to 6 hours before she could get to my dog. Mind you my appointment was at 9 am, the doors to the store did not open automatically as I approached them, I had to wait there until I decided to jimmy the door open.
