This is the store all this scamming started at: I paid for my dog’s vaccinations at an earlier date and due to COVID, I was not able to get to the clinic until now to get him the last shot he needed. Your “doctors” would not give him all the vaccinations in one session (even though the last 10 years of his life he has ALWAYS gotten all his vaccinations at the same time) but you sure did make me pay the full amount. This place was very disappointing! I’ll never come back here again. All of their meal worms were at this point Carcasses. Bad service at the register. The cashier was most concerned with signing me up for some BS rewards card instead of putting my stuff in the bag. She ended up walking away so I walked behind the Covid safety glass to get my stuff and put them in the bag.
Honestly feel they never have any live bugs anymore or very little. I understand the whole covid thing but they are the only store close to me and it sucks its a hit or miss. Especially since I work alot and don't have a lot of time to shop around.

Totally unacceptable service. I was met with hostility, they ignored me, unwilling to help. I will never go back to that store again and I will tell all my friends and family never to shop there either. The female cashier with short dark hair stood there with her arms crossed and a dirty look on her face. When I asked her a question she acted like I didn’t even say anything. She was the worst example of customer service.
