Bad communication they won’t even try to help you find what you need. The employees aren’t any good at the job. I don’t recommend going there PetSmart is more professional!!!
I really hope this review reaches Moira and her management because she truly deserves to be recognized. I came in today to make a return, and Moira was the wonderful person who helped me. You could tell she was genuinely exhausted from working so hard, yet she still greeted me with the sweetest smile, such a gentle tone, and incredible kindness.
