I took photos to your store to show your technician the cut we were looking for Miss Charli, our Poochon. I left her there and waited for the call to pick her up. When I arrived, they handed me the bill and I paid it and left a $15.00 tip. THIS WAS BEFORE. I saw my dogs cut. The look was terrible. The groomer said Miss Charli was bitey and uncontrollable.
