I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco. I came in today at 3pm to exchange an item I had just purchased an hour earlier, and while the associate who was helping me was polite and apologetic, the store manager was extremely rude and dismissive. When the system couldn’t locate my transaction, instead of calmly explaining or offering possible solutions, the manager slid my receipt back to me and said there was nothing she could do.
