The people who work at the store on River Road and Craycroft are always kind hearted. I like going there!
Very well kept store with extremely respectful and knowledgeable staff. They remember you and your pets and really have a personal touch most stores don't have. I take my dog to get groomed there a few times a year. He always come back looking fantastic. He's a nervous guy and they take the extra time to make sure he's comfortable, their patience and softness towards a nervous puppy means the world to me. Groomer did not do a great job and had poor customer service .
EVERY SINGLE FISH I have bought from there has died within a week. Ive bought 3 Pleco and a Betta, I honestly think they sell sickly fish because they dont take good care of them...
Having to drop off your dog exactly on time is ludicrous. You can’t even drop off 30-60 min early? As a mom of two who works full time that’s practically impossible. Inflexible, bad customer service, avoid.
