Myriam is unfailingly smiling and helpful. She is great with the complexity of the phone app, online orders, whatever is needed. All of the employees are pleasant and helpful.
We took our rescue dog Max to Hannah for his first grooming and she was incredible. She was so gentle and kind with him (he’s a nervous boy) and she made us feel totally at ease too. On top of her taking her time with Maxie his grooming turned out so cute and he came out happy! Overall, she made it such positive experience for all of us Thank you so much Hannah!
Liz, the grooming manager is the only groomer we will take our dogs to. We don't live in the area and will follow her wherever she goes. She has even used our dogs to train new employees and they turn out EXCELLENT every time. The quality and comfort in leaving our boys is the reason we keep coming back. Thanks Liz & associates.
