Poor employee service, no one around to answer questions.
I have no problem with the actual dog grooming but they overcharged us. We didn't realize we were overcharged until we got home but now they are ducking my calls and they don't call back. I have no problem with an honest mistake but I have a big problem with them not returning my calls. They have lost our business over $12.
They take care of their customers. I bought a fish and it died after a few days. They have me a credit no questions asked. Also, good me about grooming special for dogs
