Parking is rough but the staff is very helpful and the stock on hand was plentiful. The budgies looked very happy.
A great variety of items in the store. I went in for reptile food and you had what I needed in stock, nicely organized, easy to find. I also purchased a waterer for my crabs. I enjoyed watching the ferrets play and seeing some odd reptiles that you had for sale. The man at the checkout was very pleasant!
Convenience
I had a great experience walking into the store. The staff was friendly, and I even had a lighthearted moment with an employee who was showing me a product. Her manager called her on the radio, and she responded, “I’m assisting a client.” I playfully peeked around the corner and said, “Yeah, it’s me!”—clearly, I was in a good mood when I arrived.
