The Tarantulas were in plastic boxes, then shoved into display boxes with the humidity so high, that you couldn't see them because of the condensation dripping down. No, the enclosure hadn't just been "misted". It took all I had not to break that glass and take them home where they would be cared for properly and have a chance at survival. Beyond disappointing for a "pet store".
The Vital Care program has been great for me.

Hannah groomed our dog Louie, she is incredible! In the past we used a different facility and came home tail tucked and skittish. It's obvious Hannah has the magic touch. He looks great and is happy, curled up taking a nap. Thank you Hannah!
