Definitely a 1 star for LIZA…. I shop here often (since it’s the closest pet store to me) and while I know what to expect when I do go here- more of a self serve, no one really around for help, and normally one cashier- tonight really exasperated the customer service altogether. I got to the register and said Hi! Do you honor the 20% off coupon online in store too and Liza rudely responds, “why”….. Well Liza- because you have it online- as I told her, “ because its online and I didn’t know if that applied in store as well”. ... read more
The groomer was extremely rude. I didn’t trust her with my pet so we left and went to another groomer. Very poor custome.
