RecommendedI went this store this morning n the charsier lady told me they were no betta fish when I got home I called back n the guy told me they did she wouldn't let me go look she send me out of the store I've been going to store for a long time I didn't like the way the did me
It took four fricking hours for my less than 10 lb dog to be groomed!!! That is absolutely ridiculous, there's no way u can justify that taking so long I had to push back my other appointments because this took half of my day

I want to give a "Thank You" to James at Petco today! I stopped in to get cat food and happened to park next to a young lady, from out of town, whose battery was dead. I asked the two employees inside if either of them had any jumper cables and James jumped right up to help! He got the young lady's battery all hooked up and got her back on her way home. A very nice young man who went out of his way to help! �
The staff were great, very nice and helpful. Their products need help. I bought 4 Seresto flea and tick collars a couple of months ago and they do not work for fleas, my dogs are still itching and have visible fleas. I am disappointed that they sell a product that is so expensive but doesn't work and to read the insert on them you could overdose your pet if you use another product in addition to these collars. I won't buy them again.
I bought my platy fish here they're doing great they're healthy they definitely seem to care for their fish here unlike some other locations. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking to buy pet fish! ��
