Great staff always friendly and helpful .My two dogs always get groomed there never had any issues.
This store seems to cater to small animals and dosent have anything or selection for large breed dogs such as Rottweilers.
I can only give it a 2 star, even tho it was a quick shopping experience... it took forever in line and the line was getting long... You guys only had one cashier and 4 lanes.... Please work on that... I visited the Hendersonville, TN store
Bought a bearded dragon two days ago was informed the basic desert kit came with everything needed for it asked employee multiple times if I needed anything else and was told no.. A day later both lights were blown AND on top of that when I called I found out that I was in fact missing another light that was needed... I go exchange the blown bulbs get them home and not even an hour later one blows.... Very unhappy...
They always do a great job grooming my min. poodle. Thank you!
Very disappointed that I paid $60 for such a choppy unprofessional hair cut
